At Shalimar at Plantation, we are committed to responding to every service request within 1 business day.  We address service requests by priority (emergencies first) and then in the order received.  While we cannot promise we will complete your work order in 24 hours, someone will be in touch within that time frame, and will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.

We take emergencies seriously at Shalimar at Plantation.  Our maintenance team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond.

Shalimar at Plantation has several small co-working and meeting spaces as well as private working stations.  In addition, both Clubhouses and our Pool Decks have ample space to meet, if your function is less formal.

Both of the Gyms, the Dog Wash Stations and the Co-Working Rooms at Shalimar at Plantation are available 24 hours a day.  In an effort to ensure the quiet enjoyment of all our residents, our other amenities do close.  The Clubhouses are open until midnight and the Pool Areas close at 10 PM.

Yes!  The Shalimar at Plantation Gyms have all of the latest fitness equipment, as well as a group exercise room with an Echelon Fitness Mirror, for personalized training.

Because vehicles have different sizes and shapes – and residents have different preferences – Shalimar at Plantation parking is first come, first-served.

Shalimar at Plantation is outfitted with a covered garage and direct access to building corridors.

Shalimar at Plantation has 12 charging stations for electric vehicles.

Guest parking at Shalimar at Plantation is handled via an app.  Residents will log in and can create a pass for their guest before the guest even arrives.

While no property can guarantee safety, Shalimar at Plantation does employ after-hours courtesy patrol, an expansive camera network and controlled access buildings.  In addition, Shalimar at Plantation offers special incentives to law enforcement professionals who choose to live onsite.

Safety is very personal and subjective, so Shalimar at Plantation always encourages our future residents to do their own due diligence to ensure the area meets their specific comfort level.

Shalimar at Plantation is proud to offer Luxer One Package Lockers for our residents.  The property also includes Luxer One Package Overflow Rooms for larger deliveries.

Shalimar at Planation allows up to two approved pets per unit, with a one-time $375 pet fee and $25/month pet rent.

Shalimar at Plantation supports the quiet enjoyment of all our residents.  Quiet hours officially begin at 10 PM, though loud and disruptive behavior will be documented and addressed regardless of time of day.
